Hello.
We have not hid our love for Wilco. And there was a major loss in the Wilco family this week with the passing of Jay Bennett. Certainly his disagreements with the band were well documented in I Am Trying to Break Your Heart, but it does not at all detract from his contributions to the albums that are thus far considered to be the band's highwater mark.
Thanks to Harn (aka the Outlaw Egghead Monitor) for suggesting a rememberance. In honor of Mr. Bennett, we've elected to feature a rowdy rocker demonstrating his talent rather than lamenting his early loss. Co-written with John Striatt from his last album
